It’s about listening. Obtaining approvals, building permits and occupancy permits are among the greatest risks to a project’s schedule. Mizrahi Design Build works cooperatively with authorities, having jurisdiction, at the earliest possible stage. We ask people what they love about their neighbourhood and what they would hope it could look like or include if they were able to make anything happen.
