It’s a lovely thing, what William Morris said a century and a half ago: “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.” And the reason is simple: your home is your castle, as another Englishman (Sir Edward Coke) once said. This is where you can create your own sanctuary, a place to escape, to restore yourself, close the door on the world.

Mizrahi Design Build has been in the business of helping people find their private expression in bricks and mortar for over 20 years, whether that is in luxury single homes or condominiums that feel as through they could be stand-alone single dwellings. We live in an era that is besotted with the new and the fast. And that’s why, integral to the philosophy of Mizrahi Design Build, is this need to turn our attention to what has been lost. In the rush for the new, we believe that in embracing superior technologies, it is important to treasure the best of the old. And much of that is the art of old-world elegance in how homes are created and people are treated.
